Biggest concern is your range is only 24 inches and you will be slow with no support vehicles at all. Some armies will be able to easily out range and maneuver your force. Also when you take a 10 man squad its nice to throw in psybolt ammo if possible since all ten benefit from it. With a static gunline you may also benefit from trying to work in a battlement.
Yeah, what Melchiour said above. Also, you have another issue - mobility. 6E is heavily objectives-based. You need some mobility to get to where you need to get to. Drop Coteaz and drop those paladins. Then get some psyfleman dreads for ranged AT and consider taking rhinos.

I am concidering taking the inq. out since he still dose not seem to fit and taking a techpriest with orbital strike relay , just for the across the board hits from a hidden model. Or the Vindicar Assasin.
