Awesome work. Love the IT reference. Dare I ask what the lettering on the front mean? (As long as i'm not gonna get a curse of any sort! )

Need more 's in my life!

Thanks so much!

It's just Toys in lovecraft script. It is a toy box after all, or is it?

Did you freehand the bozo and the pennywise?
If you did, great job man.

My only critique would be that the big guy doesn't really fit in all that well with the rest of it.

Every Dakkanaught gets a 4+ Pinch of Salt save.
When you suffer a Falling Sky hit, roll a D6 - on a 4+ the hit is ignored as per the Pinch of Salt save. On a 1-3 panic insues - you automatically fail common sense tests for the next 2 weeks and get +7 to your negativity stat. -Praxiss

I made a basic outline stencil because i'm a cheater! I didn't feel like freehanding the whole thing. But all the paint of course is freehand.

That was actually the whole point of the piece. The drunken idea was "wouldn't it be funny if he was a baby sitter instead of a butcher?" and that was how the whole thing started a few months ago.

One of the most original dioramas I have seen! The paint work is exceptionally well executed and I love the concept of the piece. I wish I could have one for my display case!

I would buy that piece off of you and put it on display.

Awesome work.

Wow I did not expect so much love for this piece. I'm so use to everyone going "WTF?!" and then running away.

Sadly for you he is not for sale and is already holding a spot in my display case.
As with all my miniatures I paint them for the journey and joy of painting. Something I think everyone should try.
Thank you all so much for the kind words, they mean a lot.

The joy of creation is something that keeps me going as I have many of my works on display.

But Credit is given with credit is due. If it was for sale I would buy it a heartbeat. Because it is that good of a display model.

Very fun and well done if i do say so.

I was curious however, what was your original inspiration for the piece?

Seriously this was the start of it all. Then it expanded from there. I had to find some cute evil babies and nursery items. Then i found the box at the craft store and decided to paint it like an old school toy box.
