So, a call out to all those who play Space Wolves. I just inherited an older Space Wolves army, built using 4th edd codex and Eye of Terror, so some 13th Company.

Problems;
1) I have no idea what some of these models are, in the old codex, as well as the new. I'll post pics as I can get them.
2) Eye of Terror, is it still used, how does this effect 13th Company. Is there rules for the 13th company? I have the new Codex but I can't seem to see them anywhere.
3) Wulfen Squads, see #2, related.
4) New Thunder Cavalry, they worth it?

Hoping to get some answers, or some hints of what to do. Meanwhile, don't have a GW where I live so I'll try my local independent retail but I wouldn't mind getting some input.

A lot of old units are no longer used.

Your wulfen are now just blood claw models used with mark of the wulfen abaility. (They are popular models and sell very well)

Thunder cav is a must have IMO. They are brutal with their large number of attacks and rending special rule. (dont forget to always give them a storm shield)

Plural of wolf is wolves, not wolfs. Also apostrophes aren't for plurals.
1. Can't help you without pictures.
2. Eye of Terror codex is not used anymore, no. There aren't rules for 13th company, but you can still model your Space Wolves as such, and give every squad a Mark of the Wulfen.
3. Mark of the Wulfen, one man per squad. Just distribute them around the army.
4. Thunderwolf Cavalry are really good, with great models.

Exactly what he said. For units you don't know wht they are either post a pic or describe shoulder pad markings if they are painted. If old hqs then thu can be counts as mOdels.

I got one box of 13th company wolfen in a trade, and I've put one of them in each of my GH squads to represent a mark of the wolfen.

If your entire army is composed of those models, you will need to figure out a way to model some with bolters, PGs, MGs, etc, or go buy a few boxes of grey hunters.

I need to dust off my old wolfen and update their paint jobs, man they were bad ass back in the day, hang on to them kass.

As for thunderwolves they work if you use them properly yes, dont charge them out in the open or they'll be shot to death even with storm shields weight of fire can bring them down.
