Vehicles without a weapon skill are hit on 3+ if they move, auto hit if they stay still.

Vehicles with a weapon skill are hit just like infantry in combat.

Vehicles count as being WS1 if they moved, but Walkers not only have a WS (so there is no need to be counted as WS1 because vehicles don't have a WS normally) but also fight in CC like infantry.

a space marine dreadnought has WS4, and so is fought as though it is not a vehicle

Vehicles that didn't move are WS 0
Vehicles that moved are WS 1
Dreads are their WS
If the dreads immoblized you resolve hits against rear armor.

You can take it from here.
