Pretty much any of them. I use Tamiya and Gunze primers for the most part though. You can also decant rattle cans and use that as well.

Vallejo also makes a primer in their Model Air line.

If you prefer the non-flammable primers, the various brushable primers (Vallejo, Reaper et al) will also work - just need to thin them like regular paints and all that.
