Hey guys I was just wondering if any one knew where I could get scibir miniatures from for relatively cheap ? Iv tryed eBay but there around the same price as the actual website, I was hoping to get something like this to lead my hawk lord space marines ?

simple: get them from sciborminiatures.com
They aren't a big giant company like GW, so they won't have a bunch of third party retailers that offer their stuff at discounts.
If the price is still to high for you, convert your own stuff, or to cut down on shipping price, combine an order with a friend.
P.S. I just got a model from scibor, it looks great! and really good quality casting too.

I've been checking them out too, i wouldn't mind a hero character from them, pretty unique stuff. I've been watching via ebay as like you said, were limited to stockist here in UK.

I cant find any for a cheaper price so I think ordering directly will be the best option some seem to be cheap on eBay the spike to the same price if not more anyway
