If I understand it correctly, I can take 3 techmarines, join all three in 1 squad of servitor. Let each touches 1 vehicle and constantly repair them all. Not point efficient but definitely more point efficient than having more techmarines.

That would work, but unfortunantly you still have the issue that its eating up Elite slots and you can't spread out the repair squad very far.

You are correct, it is limited per techmarine and nothing else.

Looks like the future of pep boys.

Certainly. I am thinking of using a Land Raider Crusader with Vindicators + Predators for a good wall of moving stuff. For armies that have the Elite slot free, I guess it is not so bad.
