What would be best for an Epistolary Librarian (C:SM) in Terminator Armor with a Storm Shield be? Ax, Sword, or Staff/Maul? And he will have Biomancy for powers

I take an ax on mine, couple with biomancy and telekinesis.

I clipped the staff head off my termie libbie and made him have a halberd.

Most of the things he's going to run with is AP2 I1 anyways, so, might as well keep it uniform, eh?

Ax's and Halberd have the same statline, so yes. Mine is modeled as a halberd from the GK termie sprue, but it has the stats of the ax power weapon.

Halberds and Ax's have different stats though.

I too favor an axe for my termie libby with a SS. So I think we have a consensus.

Power weapon: halberd(or ax) is +1S, AP2, Unwieldy
Nemesis force halberd is a different weapon with AP3, +2I, and force weapon

For normal power weapons, ax and halberd are equal.
