Is the empire steam tank (http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440093a&prodId=prod2120007) the size of a rino or smaller?

Its smaller.
I know that a rhino is slightly larger then a Leman Russ (minus protrusions). I just went and measured one of my lemans and that was almost 12cm long by 8cm wide (again minus protrusions). The Empire steam tank only sits on a 10cm by 5cm base.

I'd say a steam tank is just over half the size of a Rhino. Maybe three quarters.
