I only ever see grab bags as temporary sale items to push old stock, like the WarStore's Black Friday bag(s) or Mantic's somewhat recent "messenger bag packed full of sprues." Unless someone else has found a regular seller, your options are to wait until next year or trawl Ebay for auctions on bits lots (which give less assurance of the bits being in good condition, so wait for ones with somewhat detailed inventories and/or good pictures, if you don't want to risk it).

Spikey bits has some bags I believe. Didn't seem like the best deal to me though as it was random.

Every Dakkanaught gets a 4+ Pinch of Salt save.
When you suffer a Falling Sky hit, roll a D6 - on a 4+ the hit is ignored as per the Pinch of Salt save. On a 1-3 panic insues - you automatically fail common sense tests for the next 2 weeks and get +7 to your negativity stat. -Praxiss
