The question is, how would it be best to run and use genestealers with a brood lord in sixth Ed.... Im currently running 14 genestealers and a brood lord. Outflanking has been slapped In the face, and you can't assault the turn you deepstrike... What to do with the four armed mutants now?

A lot of people are using the Broodlord as one of their (many) psykers. So you could conside smaller units with a Broodlord in each.
I like to use units in the range of 8-10 models and infiltrate them as close as possible, so they will detract some fire.
But more often then not I use Ymgarls, as I think they do what no other unit in the game can do. Some people freak out when they know a unit can pop out of a ruin and charge them right away. And in their attemt to avoid the Ymgarl atacks they completely mess up their deployment.

I didn't think ymgarl or normal genestealers could pop up and charge in the same turn anymore?
What are the best physic powers for the brood lord?
Thanks heaps for your help

Ymgarl's dormant special rule still allows them to move and assault the turn they come on, Codex > BRB in most cases. With Genestealers I have taken to the habit of small squads with the broodlord for quick cheapish pschic powers with survivability. Since the main competition I play against is BA Storm Raven, I try to switch out all my broodlords for Objuration Mechanicum. Even though most of the Biomancy powers arent bad.

I do it for the noms.

This. 100% this.

Run the genestealers as minimum squads and try to hide them behind other units... They are really nerfed with the snap fire rule too. View them as units to hide and make the opponent have to react to.
Otherwise ymargl stealers are still the way to go.

This makes choosing elites so hard. Dropping ymgarls and charging in the same turn sounds brutal! I'd love to do that. However I also like the doom, hive guard and zoanthrope. Is there any way around this at all? Or am I forced to choose? Any thoughts as to what would be the best elites choices in 6ed nids?

Unless av14 is a common sight for you I'd go DoM, HG, Ymgarl. That's solid anti armor and nasty backfield disruption.
