Seems my friend entered me into a 3- game tourney this weekend (no allies or fortifications allowed). I have fine tuned this list a bit, but not to the extent I would wish. Here it is in it's base form and I am looking to spend the last set of points.

Few notes:
- corbulo/lib/stern in droppod
- not going to run any armor, going all bodies
- do not have any more RAS, no DC or assault termies (and no time to snag some)
- I do have more scouts, tac termies, vet assault, SG, plasma guard, attack bikes and heavy dev weapons.

Consideration for points:
- another Priest to hang with deveststors
- suicide Jp tech marine with combi-melta
- more lascannons (have 2 more) or ML (have 1 more) for devs.

Meltabombs or powerswords would be nice for the assault squads.
I would give the librarian a stormshield to keep your warlord alive.
sternguard could do with more combimeltas or maybe evne combiplasmas.

I know this just spends points. Maybe go for a 10 man dev. squad with 4 missiles and then one 5 man, this gets a similar set up for a few less points(though leadership, challenges and signum are lost.)

No fortification and no allies mainly attacks armies like Dark Angels that haven't a good way to deal with flyers.
You have stormravens and then even razorbacks with TLlas or TLassault cannon or TLautocannon dreads.

I think you have a reasonable list you'll have to get lucky hitting flyers.

- Combi-Plasma may be a good consideration...

- I'll play around with a 10 man squad to see the points I can skew out... though the +1 BS lascannon does give some nice transport sniping power.... though this can sometimes lead to all my Devestators focusing on one target.

- Dont own any armor :/

- For the Librarian with Corboulo, at range 2+5++ and 5+ FNP and 3+5++ (shield) and 2+ FNP... the stormsheild while useful in CC is in this odd space in this squad.

Any ap2+ wound that isnt instant death goes on Cobulo(5++ then 2+), or a non AP2 wound can go on the librarian safety (2+ then 5+)... any shot that ignores FNP (instant death) I wouldent put on either my Libby or Corbulo...

Tell us how you really feel... That is terrible list advice by the way. Claiming something is bad without any explanation of why or how you conclude that is just nonsense.

I think the list is balanced and thought out. In the right hands of an experienced general, it has the tools needed to win a game. Going up against heavy flyer lists will be baaaad for this list though. You're only reliable anti air is your dev squads who will hit on 6s... Other than that, you have speed, firepower, survivability and some surprise tactics up your sleeve.

I'd go with techmarine? He can bolster defenses for your scouts. or lascannons, those sound good too.
