I have just acquired a Dreamforge not-titan which I want to chaos up.

having just read Titanicus, I really want to make a load of kill banners to hang off guns etc. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to make these. I was thinking plasticard but I feel these would look too static and my GSfu is weak.

Any ideas for how to solve this?

Thanks

Stiff card would work just as well. I think I've seen people use stiff tinfoil as well to get a thin fabric-style material they can fold into a fixed shape.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Not sure if this helps with specifically what you're looking for as far as materials go, I did a quick google search and found this though, thought it might help when it actually comes to designing the images

Use a real thin plasticard. Something like the .010 sheet from Evergreen. Cut it to the basic shape you want. Take a section of 1/16" plastic rod and use that to make whatever bannerpole your going to have. Glue banner to pole with model plane cement (testors orange tube). Allow to dry and cure.
Now the fun part: using a candle or other CONTROLLED flame very gently run the banner across the flame. The heat will cause the banner to warp and crease making it look like its waving in the breeze. For a hanging banner I would make the waves very gentle since gravity will tend to pull it strait. Once your happy with the look Primer and Paint (their will probably be blackened marks on the plastic...the primer and paint will cover that just fine. For a hanging banner attach a length of jewlers chain to the banner pole ends and the other to whatever mounting point your using. You can also use some thread so it looks like rope is holding the banner.

Life isn't fair. But wouldn't it be worse if Life were fair, and all of the really terrible things that happen to us were because we deserved them?
