OP, please work on your spelling and grammar. While I can understand what you're writing, it isn't exactly pleasant to read it. Most browsers have a built-in spellchecker; you'll notice red squiggles under any misspellings you see.

"Make me better at converting" is really, really vague. What are you trying to convert? Is it something simple like a head swap, or something complex like a scratch built vehicle? Are you looking for good bits that would illustrate the theme of your army? Look at pictures of different GW kits on their website and see what bits you like and give you cool ideas. Then, starting with something simple like head and weapon swaps, practice. That's the only way to get better.

I've got to agree. Take a step or 2 towards better spelling and grammar, more details what you're looking for, and help is easier to find.

If you're looking to convert a custom Space Marine chapter (Library based, books, etc.) I suggest looking at other chapters (Raven Guard, Iron Fists, etc) and see how they set up their iconography. Google them, look at the pictures for reference.

Then, see what kind of iconography you want for your custom chapter. Is it just a book? Is it a specific data character? A universal logo for a library? Apply that to your Space Marines.

Practice, man. Practice. I also suck at converting, but (truth be told) I'm getting better. Only because I've done so many terrible conversions that I'm figuring out the way to do things better.
