Hey guys and gals! Can anyone recommend a cool mini in the 25-28mm range that looks like or close to Rick Deckard from the AMAZING film Blade Runner? Would apprecate it!

I daresay McVey will do one to go in Sedition Wars... after all they've already got a large number of we're-not-famous-characters-from-films-or-games-honest-guv models.

Check out Reaper's Chronoscope line. Should find a few that fit what you're looking for there.

Rezolution has a model not dissimilar.
Some of Mark Copplestone (Copplestone castings OR the old Grenadier Future Warriors stuff) might have a trench-coated pistol wielder suitable.

That's what this guy is: An Old copplestone sculpt.

Didn't the Deckard in the movie have a face..?

It's a very old paintjob done back in the early 90s when I had no idea how to paint. It has to be stripped and redone.

Check the Streets of Violence range from Foundry Miniatures. There may be something in there that you find acceptable. There's nothing that is exactly on target, but the range has several models wearing trousers, button down shirts, ties, and trench coats. For example, take a look at the Professionals set and Hired Hitmen. It's worth a look in any case.

Kirasu: Have we fallen so far that we are excited that GW is giving us the opportunity to spend 58$ for JUST the rules? Surprised it's not "Dataslate: Assault Phase"

AlexHolker: "The power loader is a forklift. The public doesn't complain about a forklift not having frontal armour protecting the crew compartment because the only enemy it is designed to face is the OHSA violation."

AlexHolker: "Allow me to put it this way: Paramount is Skynet, reboots are termination attempts, and your childhood is John Connor."

I'm sorry Chromedog, had I realised it was your own paintjob, I would have resisted the urge to be snide. It's certainly no worse than any work I did my youth.

The old copplestone figs have nice deatil on the faces. Not as sharp as current GW figs, but more than adequate.

That said, the best Blade runner figs I've ever seen are The Rezolution CSO rangers
I'm not sure who carries them, but the code is as follows; ABG 2002 –CSO Rangers (2) - $8.99

A not-Deckard and not-Rachel if ever I saw.

Happy to Help!

Have you heard of "The Department"? It's a new skirmish game heavily based on Blade Runner using the Goalsystem engine.

You can also buy it as a PDF.

I haven't had a chance to play it yet, but I've read through my PDF and it looks pretty cool.

Good call. Also, for those unfamiliar with Rattlehead, I've ordered a few times from them and received very good service!
