I've only made one order with Mantic, so far - one of their holiday grab bags - and
I screwed it up with a typo while filling out my contact/shipping info. Got a bit messy, as the order confirmation went to another guy that shares my name and, as a result, a very similar email address.
Talked to Clive, I believe his name was, in customer service and after a few emails back and forth, someone went off and assembled me a fresh grab bag (the offer had already ended) that was in the mail the following day. Even if the issue is
in no way their fault, they seem more than willing to work to resolve it. Mantic
CS gets the thumbs up from me, as well.
