What give you the most bang for your buck...err... Points?
It seems to me everything the Razorwing can do the Voidraven can do better. Both take up the same spot, and fill the same roll. The Voidraven can be more expensive but seems to have better tricks: Void Lances, Void Mine, Implosion Missiles, and better armor.
So is there someting I'm missing about the Razorwing? Is there a niche it has that I don't know about?

The razor wing is cheap. 155 gets you the 2 lances, flicker field and 4 missiles. The void raven has no missiles at this point.

Implosion missiles are terrible for the points, especially with just a small blast.

A significant cost goes into adding missiles to the void raven

The Razorwing is better at killing infantry. Give it a pair of disintegrators, a flickerfield, and call it a day. It guts anything with a toughness value of 4 or less. Doesn't give a damn about squad size or armor. Plus, it's cheaper.

Razorwings with Dark Lances are a schizophrenic mess. Don't take them.

Now Voidravens are better fighters despite being labeled bombers, better tank-hunters and can take missiles if you're willing to spend the points. Take a pair of Shatterfields and call it a day. This way your Void Lances aren't being useless for more than a single shooting phase. They are also more expensive.

They both have their niche. Depends on what you need.

It depends on what you want really:
The Razorwing is a good Take-All-Comers Jack-of-all-Trades type ship, it can kill tanks and flyers (lances), light vehicls and elite infantry (dissies), general infantry and light vehicles (monoscythe, shatters), and anything with an armour save (splinter rifles, splinter cannon, necrotoxin missiles, and everything else it can take).

It's a damn good dogfighter too with flickerfields and lances.

The Voidraven is really a dedicated armour hunter and dogfighter, with slightly better armour and slightly better lances. You can give it missiles for hunting ground targets too (I reccomend 2-4 Shatters for the Voidraven)

I second this. If you use the planes this way you will get your points worth out of both of them.
