As the title says.


Missiles:
"A maximum of two missiles can be fired per Shooting Phase,"

Power of the Machine Spirit:
"The vehicle can fire one more
weapon than would normally be permitted. In addition, this
weapon can be fired at a different target unit to any other
weapons, subjed to the normal rules for shooting."


Also did the first part of POTMS become nerfed considering that almost all weapons can be fired regardless of certain limitations (flatout, shaken, ect..) because of still being able to make snap shots? Nothing in the rule says you can fire an additional weapon and full BS.
Flyers in Zoom mode can fire 4 weapons at full BS. Assuming the rest which can be fired, but have to be done as snap shots, does POTMS over ride the fact that you can't fire blast makers as snap shots?

I would say no, reason being is POTMS states one more weapon that normal, but doesn't give permission to override the missile limit. Normally you have vehicles that move and fire one weapon, snap firing the rest.

No, POTMS does not let you overcome the 2 missile restriction. Its allows 1 more weapon at Full BS than normal.

POTMS.
In a turn in which the vehicle neither moves Flat Out nor uses smoke launchers, the vehicle can fire one more weapon at its full Ballistic Skill than normally permitted. In addition, this weapon can be fired at a different target unit to any other weapons, subject to the normal rules for shooting.
