Just thought I would pop this thread up to see who else is waiting on a Kabuki model as part of their Dark Vengeance order from Wayland Games? Anyone got any firm timescales on when they will arrive? I was informed by the Wayland customer services team that they would be sent as soon as the supplier restocks them but other than that, no indication on timescales.

Same here mate. I was honestly expecting the replacement model to be sent with my DV set. Still, its reassuring that its not just some old model that they've had lying about the warehouse!

Hi Guys,

you must understand that this was a reaction from us to keep our customers happy with regards to losing the chance to get the DV ltd. We didnt just have 500 of any miniature in stock. The customers needed be contacted, numbers estimated etc and then ordered.

We should have them in the next 2 weeks maximum, and you will get a specific dispatch email when the ship which will include your voucher code too.

Hope that makes sense, the guys on the helpdesk have been asked not to give an exact date as we are not certain of delivery date, as you can imagine this was organised by us at short notice and Kabuki have done an amazing jopb of helping us out with this.

That's OK Rich, totally understandable and to be honest, I had kind of figured it would be the case. I just wanted to check it wasn't just me!

I actually love it that some companies / suppliers take the DakkaDakka board seriously enough to respond here and keep everyone in the loop. You guys rock.

I'm not moaning either, Rich! Its just that on my DV invoice there was no mention of the figure and it looked as if I'd only bought the DV standard boxset but paid for the limited. It would have helped if the invoice had said "Order remainder to follow" or something instead of the basic invoice with no information.

Yeah same here, that's why I emailed Wayland customer services to clarify. Nice to know that matters are in hand and that the figures will be on their way promptly.

Slipstream agree totally, we tried to make the best of a bad situation in the most efficient and customer service oriented way possible. Hopefully we wont be in this situation again.
