Hi all!

We've been testing out some of the Warzone 28mm plastics as they can be picked up so cheaply, and they seem to us like they could make great alternative Imperial Guard models, or similar squads like GK henchmen. We've taken lots of pics of the sprues and finished models which you can find here:

These models have been out for a while so no doubt there are people already using them in 40k. We'd love to hear how you're using them, and post pics if you have them!

Wow that looks like a great deal. My only gripe is the poses, but the price far offsets that for someone looking to start an army on the cheap.

Current Armies: Chaos Space Marines(Building), Orks(Completed), Vanilla Marines(Near Completion), Trollbloods(Completed), Axony (Building)

It definitely bears consideration for my traitor IG I'm working on, especially if I need to fill ranks or build AC teams (which is what I'd use the squad MG for). The backpacks would come in handy for my elysian army to add to the "in the field for long periods" feel. Perhaps once I'm done with my Elysian army & can focus on the traitor guard I'll look into this further.

I already use those figures to fill in some of the ranks of my IG. The Bauhaus figures work real well. I have some of the "militia" as my mortar teams. I also have some of the older metal ones that I use for my vets or command squad. They look real nice next to the regular IG figures.
