The idea here is simple. The 40-ish strong blobs up and throws its weight around as needed. Both CCS, the PCS, and the Vets all go into the flyers, which come in and unleash on enemy armor, flyers, or hordes as needed. When the time comes, they can Grav Chute / Disembark as needed to get onto objectives or unload onto enemies with Melta and Plasma. The Manticores drop pie plates all over - namely on enemy heavy armor or large troop concentrations.

Dull and unimaginative, since this is basically every Guard list these days. But workable.
