7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.

On topic that's a hard one. I'm curious to ask what design idea's were his and which we're from higher up. And if he agreed with them.

When you wrote that bit in the Grey Knights codex about Draigo beating down Mortarion(Thats Demon Primarch Mortarion, mind you) and his toughest bodyguards, at what point did you forget that he was a Primarch(A Demon Primarch, mind you)?
