@ Mordo, for Vampire covenants couldn't there be one who wants a democracy sort of styled system with a ruling council of elders instead of one supreme "king"

So the third section'll be up monday. Or if you need it fast, ask Mordo he knows what our idea is.
Have fun reading.
History
The idea of a vampire society was born into the mind of Cain since the beginning. The first known successful attempt of Cain was the Roman Empire. The upper class consisted mostly out of vampires or associates. But the society quickly fell into decadence and meaningless arguments. In the meantime Longar resided in the dark lands of ancient Germany, angry over passed memories. There he slowly build his forces, away from the eyes of his wretched brother. And when his brother was the weakest he Attacked. Rome fell in a infernal blaze. The first court of Cain fell under the savagery of barbaric werewolf’s.
Cain was infuriated and swore that his brother would die. During the years Vampires and werewolf’s would battle beneath the icy moon. Countless innocent being dragged In the fight between brothers. The struggle continued, until the protestants tore themselves away from the Catholic church. Cain soon realized that his brother was aware from his influence in the church, and that he had orchestrated this split up. Trying to diminish his worldly power. Cain pushed the Vatican to excommunicate the heretics and wage holy war upon them.
It didn’t take long before a crusade started in Italy, slowly walking towards Holland, the land of the treacherous heretics. Clans quickly flocked to the crusade, answering the call of Cain. Ghouls stalked the borders in raging packs, making sure no wolf could escape. This was going to be the final battle between the two brothers, Cain used everything in his powers to ensure it happened. Even the Oracle was part of his entourage during the crusade, giving him glimpses of the future. Longar realized that this was a battle he couldn’t escape from and decided that this war wouldn’t be fought in secrecy. In the weeks that the Crusade slowly made it’s way to Holland, the curse spread through the ranks. Creating unprecedented numbers of werewolf’s.
The final war between the brothers lasted three years, until it ended at the battle of Gronningen. The battle lasted seven nights and ended with the dead of Longar, by the spear of Longinus. The same spear he had trusted trough the body of the catholics messiah. Since that day he was inducted in the second court of Cain. Even tough there were whispers that Longinus stood on the side of Longar during the first months of the crusade. After the battle Cain betrayed his loyal human crusaders, sparing not a single soul. There would be no eye witnesses that could describe what had really occurred. Story’s of rampaging wolves and pale men battling under the moon, plagued old Europe for decades until it faded into obscurity.
During the century’s after the battle of Groninngen, Cain went back to his idea of a true vampiric society. But to achieve this goal he would have to battle an unrelenting enemy. The Sun. Because as long as the light shone Vampires would be weak. Cain surrounded him with all the Strignoi and magical adepts he could find to achieve what is now called the ‘Nostramo effect’. To plunge the world in Darkness. This group became known as the ‘Swarche Sonne’. In 1992 they achieved their goal and enveloped the world in a black veil. After incantations that had taken several decades. Carefully placed ghouls and Dhampyres in society quickly disrupted the human command structure. Signaling th beginning of ‘the Rise’
Vampire Society
Vampires live in sprawling city's, either self created or by adapting existing cities to their needs. The total populace of the world is severely lower then before the rise. Leaving giant wastelands between neighboring city-states. The wastelands are the only place where pockets of humans still live, free from vampiric reign. They often harbor members of the resistance. The political organs ruling the city-states differ from city to city. They reign from counsels, republics to dictatorships. The organs only have one thing in common, the ruling classes always exist out of Old Bloods. Each existing out of the two mayor house; The Bruttii and Julii..
Tension is high between the Brutii and the Julii. The Brutii view the Julii as warriors and nothing more, with no legitimate claim to nobility, whilst the Julii see the Brutii as gutless bureaucrats. General disdain has begun to swell into hatred, and it's not uncommon to see the two Houses at each other's throats literally and metaphorically. Cain does not condone their little war, and has threatened to have both Brutus and Claudius executed if they don't back down. The two Houses have calmed down for the time being, but their hatred runs deep and the peace is tenuous at best. Even inside the houses intrigues and betrayal are rife, as different clans try to rise to power within their own house.
Wars between city-states are acceptable as long as they don't interfere with the Court. Each city-state must send a representative to the court to plead their case against the other, and ask for permission to wage a Shadow War against the other. A Shadow War is not fought with armies, but with assassination and bribery, bringing the rival city to its knees with masterful intrigue. These wars are strictly monitored by the Swarche Sonne, They act as the right hand of Cain. The Watchers follow the actions of city-states, and look if the rules of conduct are strictly followed.
Findings of treachery and dishonor result in the exile of that city. It's no longer part of Vampiric society. Every member of the city-state is condemned to slavery. Murder and extermination of exiled are encouraged by the Watchers.
The Watchers of the ‘Swarche Sonne’ are the most powerful faction in the vampire society. not because of their wealth or political power. But because they are the ones who maintain the veil, making this world hospitable for the vampiric race. They also closely work together with Cain, to achieve his goal and breach through into the other reality. Lower members are often seen patrolling the streets accompanied by their personal Dhampyres, searching for signs of rebellion and treachery. Their word is final. A member of ‘Swarche Sonne’ doesn't need a reason to erase you from existence. their words are received as if they were from Cain himself.
There is currently one exiled city in existence: Rek’Shilva. This city has defied the odds, unlike other exiled city-states. They survived their punishment by turning their treachery into a virtue. They offer themselves to other city-states as assassin and mercenaries. Selling unsanctioned actions against political opponents. The exiled Vampires do not fear the wrath of the ‘Swarche Sonne, they are already condemned to death.
Each city-state has his own supply of Corpus, used to feed the city. Humans would be placed in units in what only could be described as blood-farms. The livestock is drugged, never becoming aware as medication keep them in a state of unconscious. They are fed intravascular, nutrients immediately placed in the bloodstream, to keep the donor alive as long as possible. Blood taps are connected with the mayor aorta’s, each day taking more and more of the precious vitae.
The blood is distributed to Vampirii living in the bowels of the cities. These ‘bloodstreams’ are heavily regulated, ensuring each Vampire receives their rations. Many gang wars are fought between the new-bloods, as they battle over rations and control over the feeding houses.
The possession of humans, for feeding or slavery is a right that only the Old Bloods have. In secret, some lower Kindred keep humans as pets or personal house-slaves. Some vampires even aid the Humanii to escape into the Wastes to their own people.
These humans are even worse of then 'captured humans', seeing as they would never leave the confines of the vampire's house. And are often bled dry in a matter of days, or die to a lack of nutrients. The possession of humans as a new blood is prohibited. The penalty for their crime is the forfeit of all worldly belongings to the city-state. The mark of criminal is burned into their skin and often a limb would be taken. Cities offer rewards for people leading them to illegal slaves.
Another capital offense is the embracing of humans. Human stock is precious and the cities don’t look kindly towards new kindred. The Embracer and Embraced are both condemned to death, their lifeless bodies thrown into the streets. If the Vampire was part of the nobility, his name would be cleansed out of each document. Erasing every momentum that proves they existed.
Roving Opriknikki death squads patrol the streets with packs of trained larvae, serving as especially brutal Arbites. They search for signs of riots, members of the resistance and many other capital offenses. Especially they are looking for the moving flesh markets, black markets run by ghouls who sell off stolen and captured Humanii to the highest bidder. Of course, this crime is punishable by crucifixion. These Arbites are often referred to as the strong arm of the ‘Swarche Sonne’ helping with the things the Watchers can’t handle by themselves.
Much like ancient Rome, cities would hold gladiatorial games. As the clans tries to please the plebs. Giving them the sight of fresh blood spilled, keeping their hunger satisfied and thankful to the ruling class. Each clan would have their own champions, that would often battle each other in the arena’s to settle manners of honour. There is also much pride to be the owner of the houses champion, it’s not uncommon for ruling champions to be the target of assassinations, or to be traded in exchange for large favors.
The bowels of the city aren’t filled soley with new bloods, There are the Ghouls, who are generally submissive towards the Kindred, and the Bound can live quite comfortably if they play their cards right. The 'free' ghouls war among themselves in turf wars, killing themselves in droves every day. There are some cults that call for a rebellion against the Kindred and an establishment of a 'ghoul nation' somewhere in the Wastes. Free ghouls are often mistrusted by the vampiric society, they see them as the cause for the increased rebelliousness of the Prometheans. Free ghouls would plant lies into their heads of freedom and own choice. Shaking the foundation on which their society is build. Namely large armies of Prometheans, working tirelessly in the shadows. Growing the food to keep the human stock alive, feeding the machines who make the city function trough the eternal night.
Sinister fey are not uncommon in the streets of the Crooked World, trading dark and esoteric goods with Kindred before returning to their home planes. The most common of these dark fey are the Malick, stick-thin figures as pale as the Kindred they trade with. The Malick travel the cosmos in strange, magickal skiffs that can cut the aether to allow them entry. Often cloaked in huge, concealing robes, the Malick travel in groups called Krewes, peddling their rather unique services. The Malick deal in secrets, and are willing to sell any bit of knowledge to anyone, provided they can pay the price. In their bizarre dream-scape, the Malick can see into the minds of beings from all over the multiverse, learning their secrets and storing them in glass orbs. A Krewe often takes up residence in the darkest, deepest slums, camping in great, massive tents made of manhide. One seeking knowledge must simply find the Malick, and tell the fey the secret he wishes to know. The Malick will then name the price of the secret, the cost often maims the buyer for life, for the Malick collect flesh. For the least important secrets, an eye or an ear will do, but for those secrets that can shake the world, the Malick may ask for vital organs and possibly all four of the buyers limbs.
In the darkest parts of the city, the Skelts haunt the streets, hooked arms clacking over the cobbles as they stalk their prey. Thought to be from the same realm as the Malick, the Skelts appear in the same manner: tall, hunched, and robed. The most defining feature of a Skelt is their long, hooked arms that poke out from the folds of their robes. Skelts hunt in groups of two, one flushing their prey towards the other. More than anything else, Skelt related deaths are by far the most common in the slums. The Kindred would like to see them removed, but simply don't have the time nor the will to commit the manpower to eradicate the menace. The Skelts enter in through where the barriers between worlds are weak, areas that are rather common in the Crooked World.
The inhabitants of the crooked world all look up to Cain as a savior, as he promises new hunting grounds and corpus. There are even rumors of religious cults rising up from the underbelly of society. Claiming to be the right hand of Cain. Slaying everyone who doesn't accept that Cain is their messiah to better times. but behind closed doors, the Iscariots plot against the Crimson King, planning a rebellion that will see him toppled from his throne. Any Kindred suspected of being an Iscariot is publicly crucified. This is the mayor reason why Watchers often appear in the city-states. Tearing away from their esoteric studies to root out the traitors. No vampire trusts the Watchers as they often crash into their carefully organized plans, revealing them to their opponents. Some Vampires even suspects them from not being neutral and selling information to the other side.

Elementary my dear lck, I will demonstrate it for you. First you start the day going to the overcrowded mall to pick out bar clothes, you want to look reasonably fashionable when getting your first drink after all. In the afternoon you begin a bar crawl and visit various pubs and bars to taste their offerings for alcoholic beverages. While you're moderately buzzed you think it would be a good idea to go to a strip club, but first you want to pick up something that would make the strip club ever so more fascinating. Seeing as it would probably be night time now you go to the playground and find the guy wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and get some drugs from him, maybe some marijuana, and after taking it you go to the strip club and have some fun. After awhile the marijuana is giving you some serious munchies so you manage to stagger to the local waffle house and enjoy a nice meal of waffles and maple syrup before staggering home and falling asleep.
Ta-da one fantastic day, although the next morning is probably going to suck.

And somehow my birthday became a two day event. (I just came home)
Did some stupid stuff to celebrate my adulthood. ^^
This may or may not involve 'legalised goods' (....Holland is 1.30h away )
And we went to t'Botteltje (famous bar in Ostend) And tasted the fifty or so different kinds of Kriek.
and today played Paintball with a hangover. (so did my friends )

Don't think of yourself as an adult yet, if you're still in school then you're still a youth. Or if you want a man-child but that usually has negative connotations in it. I would say young-adult Silly, you're a young-adult.
