Yeah, sorry I am adding everything back into the shop, but its been CRAZY hectic doing the casting at Ramshackle and then also setting up the stuff for Da Green One. Its alot of mould making, and doing photos and promotion and stuff, I have just not had time to add everything back onto the store.

I also have the Iron Brothers guns, so maybe those are what you are after?

Im happy to do deals on bits orders too, so just email me through the contacts page or phone me.....

Our latest model is a very Dakkadakka type thing, the Ramshackle Truk! Its the best looking truck on the market I think. And as with all the Da Green One range, even the casting lugs are super useful

Yes, the gates or casting lugs are designed to be used rather than binned! I hate seeing resin get chucked out!

In more exciting news, we just started selling the Fox Box range of models too!

https://shop.ramshacklegames.co.uk/64-fox-box

Its cool stuff like these two examples.

The gates for the Anvil Industry Gothic Nuns are designed in a brick work pattern so they can be used for basing.

Nice to see an idea getting around.

This might be a bit of threadomancy (apologies here)... but Ramshackle games seem to have financial troubles. See their post on FB.

I like them... so just wanted to inform others about the situation...

Sad to say, but I think 3D printing is what is going to kill companies like this. The models are equivalent to basic 3D prints, but more expensive and then you have to factor in shipping and wait times. The style really is great for many games, but as I said, 3D printing provides the same basic items at much cheaper prices.

No it does not. It provides you with a file which is not the same thing as a miniature.

You know Darn well what was said and meant. I wasted time typing up a rebuttal, but there is no use in arguing with someone being disingenuous.

I'd disagree that 3d printing is less expensive for the consumer or more available. Filament is easy, but resin printing is still a bit out of reach for most consumers. Additionally, purchasing resin prints of figures and vehicles generally ends up being more expensive than buying resin models from Ramshackle.

However, I do still agree that 3d printing is the big challenge for companies like these. 3d printing allows for much faster progression from concept to production, a faster inflow of new products and the actual printing time keeps getting faster.

Still, a competent caster like Ramshackle can -at least for now- turn out casts much faster than a 3d printer (or even several printers) if the customer base is there....

For many folks it does. Once you invest the time and money into getting set up to 3d print, the cost of files and raw materials is significantly cheaper than purchasing physical casts from small companies.

Yes there are still many lobbyists who do not 3d print themselves, but it's easy to find folks selling 3d prints for cheaper than traditional manufacturing techniques can produce.

Both of the above situations eat into the available market small companies like Ramshackle need to survive.

Ramshackle minis are VERY cheap. I have bought 3D prints from Only Games and We Print Miniatures, lately, and I don't think I've ever paid less there than for comparable sized minis from Ramshackle, even buying when the other stores have like a 30% discount or something.
