Their main goal slipping out of reach they were left with no other choice. Alphonsine had sort of wished it wouldn't have to happen this way, it brought back memories she'd rather not have. "Fine, we'll do it then" she stated, simply staring at the ground. "Very well sister" replied Lily in an equally dejected tone. "Sisters we must take to the sky again... as we did before" she said turning to them. "Send word to the Commander if he still lives, this planet is done". The remaining guardsmen and sisters scrambled for the transports, taking as much equipment and vehicles with them as possible. Within twenty minutes the mighty engines fired up and the transports roared up through the heavens. Once they had docked with the Salamander's ship the twins headed to the bridge. Then the order was made. The ship turned into position and unleashed a barrage, Alphonsine turning away and walking off the bridge. The planet's surface burnt, it's crust cracked and moments later there was nothing. Lily caught up to her sister later to try and comfort her. "We did all we could, there was just too much taint on that planet" she said. "I know, but I never wanted to see that again" replied Alphonsine.
