So i found this airbrush kit on ebay and from what i can tell it looks pretty decent for a first airbrush and compressor, also what other stuff would i have to get in terms of cleaners or brushes and such like?

Judging by all the information you have provided us I can say with certainty that the airbrush you refer to will suffice.

As far as what else you need, check one of the multiple active airbrushing threads.
I don't mean to sound rude, but there are LOTS of threads covering this topic and lots more just like it. In the future, please use the Search function in the forum to find them.
