I have less of a clue to what is good and what is bad for a Circle list than I do with a GW game.

I want something that can be upgraded to a 50 point list without losing any of the models that I have in my 35 point list.

At the moment the list is based on what I think looks cool and probably won't work too well in the game.

This is what I have so far:
KAYA THE WILDBORNE (6 pts)
Feral Warpwolf (9 pts)
Argus (4 pts)
Argus (4 pts)
Warpwolf Stalker (10 pts)

Tharn Wolf Riders (Leader + 2) (6pts)
Druids of Orboros (7 pts)

Is it any good?

It's a good start. You'll want to lose both Argus before long for a Gorax and a unit of shifting stones and the UA.

Not a fan of the riders; Kayas a beast caster, so beasts are her bread and butter. I'd recommend cutting the Riders, getting a Gorax and a unit of stones. Druids are good with everyone; helps position opponents for a beast beatdown!

Kaya wants infantry that either help her beasts in some fashion or are so self sufficient that you aren't wasting them by having them be unsupported. The wolfriders, Bloodtrackers, and Druids fall into this catagory. The Wilder will help with resource management and works great with Kaya, so you may want to keep her about as well. I would swap out one of the argii for a Gorax, and probably the other one for the Lord of the Feast.

Good news. This is the best time in the hobby. Full of promise. GW lets us down each time and we know it but secretly we're hoping that this is the edition that GW gives us a balanced game that can also be played competitively at tournaments. I'm loving it.

This is just simply bad advice. They are weapon master light cavalry unit with prey that needs no real support, completely supports the hit and run nature of pKaya, and are excellent flank support and solo / ua killers.

Count me as a dummy, I play against circle, and everytime I read her card I think "beasts!" But you make a valid point; I have yet to face or use calvary in this game, so I should probably keep my advice with the faction I actually use lol

No, 6. Why would you think she has 5?

My friend told me - I don't actually have the models.

It's a good number. eKaya has only 3 (she comes with Laris, though) Kromac has 4. Our other locks vary from 5-6, so I'd say it's pretty good, yeah. Seeing as how running more beasts is a requirement of Hordes rather than an option, I'm surprised Hordes doesn't have more points than WM does on average.

Both Kaya are 6 fury. None of the Circle warlocks are 5 fury at this point. You're confusing the beast points with their fury stat.

Of course I was. Sorry, smoking crack. Yes, 6 is pretty normal. 7 is very solid. 8 is amazing, but usually has some severe caveats to it.
