Just wondering if anyone knows the definitive answer

If I buy a terminator lord, is it possible to swap the torso/head out for one of the FW conversion pieces, but still use the rather nice cloak to make him stand out?

I've been peering at sprue pics, and I think the answer is yes, as it looks like you assemble a normal looking torso then the cloak goes on the back - in fact, the sorceror example on the GW website doesn't have the cloak on, so I guess the answer is almost certainly yes, as long as the contour of the back of the FW piece is similar enough to the plastic piece in the set?

If anyone knows for sure, that would be great, otherwise I guess I will have to suck it and see and be prepared to GS any gaps

Yes with the head, most likely with the torso.
