I like it I'm planning on something similar. the termies go as squad leaders and i personally fielded mord plasma and melta. the mls should be enough template.

the GH run for obj and the drop pod will come in range with the most "big" enemy

I agree with the lack of mobility. Is there any chance of dropping a few points here and there for another drop pod or two? Maybe a couple of powerfists and reducing the number of GHs in the flamer squads. Maybe dropping 1 or two Long Fangs taking each squad down to 5. It'd also mean 2 drop pods in on turn one if you run 3. Otherwise it looks pretty strong. I'd certainly be concerned by this list!

I dont konow in 6 ed rhino and drop pod in first round is just first blood so i dont know

hmm, you can also use a droppod with 2 flamers grey hunters, let it drop near a infantry squad and fry them, with a little luck you have first blood then  plus their army will be hold up because they have those guys there
the rest of your army can move in goods positions then with a lot les hinderance
