This is my take on a BT Marshall. There's inspiration from many other hobbyists (you'll recognize the use of paladin helmet), the arms are magnetized for different weapon options. I like green as a color but thought that DA's was a bit dark; I also really like the BTs iconography, so here goes... The green is a mix of DA green and Mithril Silver. I went for a quartered scheme for my Marshall, my "shooty" elites are bone-white, my "assaulty" elites are black and my "regular" dudes are green. I'm thinking of making my Emperor's Champion quartered black and green. I'm working on a name for my army. I was thinking about "Sons of Dorn" as I believe it is a real chapter, any other suggestions?

Looks good, but as you said, the "Sons of Dorn" being a real chapter means that they have set colors and iconography. You could try making a different name as you've already chosen unique colors and Iconography. Also, using BT and DA components doesn't seem to fit for a Dorn named chapter, the Crimson Fists, Iron hands are successors of the Imperial fists, who's Primarch was Dorn. Just do a little research and you should be alright. As for the paint job, I like it! And the weapon load outs are nice

Just so that you don't anger the Emperor and his revered sons, the Iron Hands are a 1st Founding chapter, sons of the almighty Ferrus Mannus (not Imperial Fists).

The new chaos space marine codex mentions the Crusaders of Dorn being a loyalist chapter that fell to chaos.
So, maybe the Crusaders of Dorn, before they fell?

I pulled up a list of loyalist chapters on lexicanum, the "Crusaders" came up, no colors or background assigned, I might use that, seems fitting.
