I'm new to playing circle, but I have a lot of experience being across the table from them. I picked up some models dirt cheap and am up to 29 pts.
I'm trying to build up to 50, and therefore here is my list so far and things I'm considering:

pkaya (+6)
feral warp wolf (9)
argus (4)
winter argus (5)
warpborn skinwalkers (8)
lord of the feast (4)
scarsfell griffon (5)
_____________
total 29

Im considering a minimum unit of reeves (6), shifting stones with UA, a fully decked out unit of tharn ravagers with UA, WA, and the whitemane solo (no idea how many points that is), the gorax (5), and tharn blodd trackers with Nuala. The idea Im going for is a fast force with lots of range and teleportation. the skinwalkers are for staying power, the griffon has the long leash, which when combined with spirit door and his animus means he can pick any fight he wants, then get called back out of it up to 24" away from danger after his turn. the arguses are kind of nice for messing with the oppenent's movement, the lord of the feast is just meant to teleport in (walk him up behind an argus) and blender his way through units of light infantry. the feral warpwolf does what he's expected to do, and the rest (the models I dont have) either fit under the shooting, teleporting, or fast moving blender categories.

Gorax is great and shifting stones w/ UA is amazing; Kaya needs self sufficient units/solos. Lord of the feast looks like he'd go well with her, clearing huge amounts of infantry out. Not too sure on the Griffon tho; he gets where he wants to, but seems a little pillow fisted.

If you want to go all out beasts, drop pKaya and get epic Kaya. Way better at running them and pKaya suffers horribly at high point levels. Then drop the Argus as it's the worst beast in the list and eKaya doesn't want the Griffon.

Then consider the following:
Gorax
Warpwolf Stalker
Standing Stones + UA (or two units of stones and a single UA)
Druids + UA
2 Blackclads (breaks tier but amazing with stones)
Druid Wilder

Dropping the Lord of the Feast from the list and including the above with the skinwalkers will get you high into her tier list which is actually pretty amazing.

Optional: Feralgeist (It's a frenzy party and he's the guest of honor since they can't hurt him) It breaks the tier list though.

Despite the cool factor of the models, the Tharn Ravagers are not very good Heavy Infantry. Their skills shine the best when fighting living models and on heavy forest boards. Since there's no guarantee of lots of forests unless you skew the board that way, I would advise sticking tharn with beasts/casters that bring some, such as pBaldur, Morvanha, Woldwatcher, and Sentry Stones. Also the full unit AND the Whitemane are running about 18pts. The Whitemane is GREAT, sort of like a Lord of the Feast Light (especially with Grayle) but is just as easy to kill as any other member of the unit. Most people don't seem to think the Shaman is worth it. Mostly, though, the unit is just too damned squishy for what it does. It will hit one unit, get its tokens, then get annihilated by the countercharge. Due to their cost, they can't be included along with too many other units to draw fire for them or soak up casualties (or block charges) in order for them to survive a second turn. 15pts or the full unit is way oo much for what they do, IMO, especially for a unit that is not easily buffed and is far too easily killed even at range.

Reeves seem good, but their cost is prohibitive for me.

Bloodtrackers and Nualla are great. I find most people would rather hide their prey than use them and risk their destruction, or to try and lure them into a trap. Usually I just send them against something else, letting my opponant marginalize their own army.

I recommend the Warpwolf Stalker, the Pureblood, and the Gorax as other beasts to consider. The Wilder is a must for all that fury management if you are going to go beast heavy. Like others have suggested, eKaya may be the way to go.

6th edition lands on June 23rd!

Good news. This is the best time in the hobby. Full of promise. GW lets us down each time and we know it but secretly we're hoping that this is the edition that GW gives us a balanced game that can also be played competitively at tournaments. I'm loving it.

Feralgeist bascially lets you jump into a boxed warbeast (if its living) and use it as your own but with no ability to boost anything and with a very low amount of health but its always fun to box someone elses beast jump in and beat thier own guys with it ... oh and its 2 points (i think )

Feralgeist is one point less than that and it can only be hit by magical weapons, making it ideal for eKaya after the yo-yo alpha strike and all your heavies are strung out on Primal and needing to frenzy on something.
