I'm looking for either a third party Typhus counts as, or something that I could base a conversion on.

I ideally would like something which looks a little more dynamic than the GW typhus. I don't want anything particularly daemon-y. Anyone know of anything that might be suitable? I don't mind sculpting armour and technology on fantasy models.

those are the two Termie makers i know...

i haven't seen a third party mini that is as cool looking as Typhus, though...

Thanks for your suggestions - unfortunately I am not a fan of the Scibor model at all. Hi-Tech don't have a plague lord and their models look pretty much like blockier Scibor

I would say to convert to get what you want. I saw someone take the Khorne Terminator body from forgeworld (which is very large, Zhufor or something is his name? ) Greenstuff his armor plates and gave him a badass scythe. Not only did he look awesome, but his stature was beyond that of a normal terminator, something I always feel plaguemarines and death guard should be.... Even though GW plaguemarines are actually the smallest marines in 40k.

Please define "more dynamic Terminator".
Otherwise there are FW Nurgle Terminators and a Nurgle Daemon Prince.
