As the title says how do Khorne's cultists and warband's travel in the warp if they kill all the psykers they come across. I'm talking about the puritan warbands and cultists that only consists of full dedicated khorne followers.

Well, a navigator isn't truly a psyker, but a mutant, right?

Pilotguide for the khornate fanatic:
Step 1: make sure gellar field is active
Step 2: double check if guy who has to check up on gellar field generator didn't die due to fight on the way down
Step 3: enter warp
Step 4: start argument about direction that turns into a bloody melee
Step 5: stop argument if you're all to tired to hit each other
Step 6: exit warp and attack whatever you find (if it doesn't fight back it's a rock so go back to step 1)

(hint: if you're a deamon, ignore step 1 & 2)

Just because a warband is khorne doesn't mean the ship is. The may just load up and have to bide their time on unfortunate ships crew.

If the ships crew turns, I'd like to think they have sense enough not to kill the people that guide them to the fight.

Navigators are psykers, most can't really do anything of note. But they are all psykers.

Anyway, I believe Chaos ships are just infested with Daemons. They let them do the steering.

Do you think the berserkers would care? If they didn't come out of the warp, they'd just head for the nearest daemon world instead and burn it.

Think of something clever to say.

This sounds stupid, but doesnt khorne hate psykers in battle?
They may not but use them there, but tolerate for things they need them in

Seems like GW is going in the direction of having the pilots merge with the ships ( helldrake ). No reason to think a psyker wouldn't just do the same thing with a battle bare or something bigger

All CSM warbands either use their Sorcerers or captured Navigators to go through the Warp, most warbands use the latter. Khornate warbands have little problem with enslaved Navigators.

I'm sure I read a BL story with a marauding khorne warband in a big ship, entirely covered in bones. They, if I recall, simply entered the warp at random, allowing the tides to take them to wherever chance would. Then they simply butchered whatever they came across. I want to say the story had something to do with the ravenguard too, but its a bit fuzzy.

Its more that they don't care where the hell they drop out. They are capable of getting to a specific destination, but its more fun to just spin the dial and see what happens.

That isn't stupid at all, and is more accurate than some may realise.

Even Angron used sorcerous rituals to maintain a foothold in the materium.

They have a few options available.

Enslaved or corrupted navigators. The world eaters may not have psykers in their legion but a navigator is not part of the legion. There's a difference between not wanting a psyker in your warband and being unable to recognize their utility.

They may use enslaved daemons to pilot the ship or daemon possessed navigators.

Navigators are not necessary to travel through the warp. They just make it safer, more accurate and allow longer jumps. It's possible to manually plot short jumps without them, though it's less accurate and more dangerous.
