Dondrekhan says that Dan Abnett created Pariahs for Eisenhorn. I wouldn't be surprised, since it's an old book, and nulls aren't mentioned in many places in the GW fluff since. Dondrekhan also craps on nulls, even though he plays a Sturmkrieg army. They're also an important part of the fluff now, since GW has made the Cluxeus Temple.

As a discussion grows in length, the probability of a comparison to Matt Ward or Gray Knights approaches one.

I don't think so; the first Eisenhorn book was 2001, if I recall correctly, and Culexis Assassins existed as long ago as the 3e Codex: Assassins in 1999.

Does everything have to come back to Sturmkrieg? I'm pretty sure nulls were around before, just that Abnett was one of the earlier BL writers to integrate them into his stories.

Think of something clever to say.

It was only because Dondrekhan was crapping them, yet he plays a Sturmkrieg army.

I'm pretty sure Culexus Assassins and the Sisters of Silence were around long before Dan Abnett's Eisenhorn.
