Oh my, that this week sorted

You will need the SDK source 2007 mod via steam (library - > all games -> tools -> SDK source mod 2007) and the game DL.
About 4gb in total but so worth it.

If you are having gfx res problems with it, right click on black mesa in steam, go to properties, then set launch options and then whatever res your gfx can handle for me (insert this line) -width 1920 -height 1080.

So I replayed opposing force in the last few weeks. SO EASY compared with HL2 and EP 1 and 2. Gah,

Ah half life 1 and expansions. I loved those games... remember in opposing force being so anal in trying tog et as many soldiers folowing me as possible, think best i got was 6 plus me which felt awesome come one of the big fight parts. Sadly 5 of them did not make it through the long encounter.

love replaying these games when get the itch. Pity they didn't do a 4th one from another viewpoint. even if it was from a visitor or special forces (not the soldiers, the more ninja type ones)

I was waiting for the one where you played as one of the aliens. After all, there wasn't much left to play as.

Just left the G-man or an alien, really. Either would have been good, but the G-man would presumably have been a bit boring, and it could have been good showing him from the alien's perspective, possibly showing him do a deal with them behind Gordon's back.
