so it appears that my necrons will be pirates, so I guess I should work out what kind of bayonet I should use: stock, the triangular "colonial", or none at all.
here's some pics to show you what I'm talking about:

Its always pleasent to be scrolling through dakka and see a thread named "which pirate necron Bayonet style should I use?". Straight made my day. I like the no bayonet option. Make the gauss flayers look like a blunderbus.

Yarr - I be liking the none option as well. Although me thinks a couple need boarding pikes and axes.

Triangular with a green (or whatever colour you go with for the energy for these guys) glow to the edges fading in. The tip being the brightest point.

None is the way to go for me.

Pistols and knives and a Capt'n with a infamous name of the past are also included? I mean, beyond the basic grunts with the guns...

thank you everyone. about the blunderbuss, the warriors will have muskets, the tesla immortals get the blunderbuss (and the gauss immortals get double barrel shotguns). as far as the hats, they're simple to make, I found a tutorial here on Dakka on how to make them: link here

Go with the triangles, or even better would be go with more of a spike looking bayonet. Great hats.
