Fluff wise if they're radical then anyone you're allowed to.

grey knight do not really ally well with other races.


1) they have no battle brothers. While you can get a ton of great and cheap psykers, you will need to get units from the GK book (henchmen if you run inquisition) to cast those gret buff spells on.


2) Henchmen can fill most battlefield roles on their own. You can do MSU shooting, Long range shooting, Close combat. and anything in between. There is no gap in an Inquisition list that screams for an allied unit to fill, when you can just get more from the GK book and not deal with bad ally rules.

Fluff-wise depends on the Inquisitor; Radicals could theoretically ally with anyone. Rules-wise you want to compensate for your main weaknesses with the GK book (short range and small model count), which is suggesting gunline Guard to me; Guard also provide some very powerful anti-aircraft if you feel like trying to convert some Saber platforms.
