I have a question, with just Two people, is it possible to GM and be a PC at the same time?

It's possible, but I don't think it's as much fun, and quite tricky for a first time DM. If you can drum up two or three more people, you might find it a more rewarding experience. The advice given to try joining a pre-existing game someone's running is sound advice - give you a feel for what the game's like.
