Looks like Dreadnought legs with Karamazov torso kitbashed into a Techmarine instead of the old geezer.

Become a God!!!

I would have to agree with the above on the dread legs and Karamazov but I couldn't help with the rest...

I don't think there's acually any part of the Krazypants model in there - it's certainly inspired by it, and shares a lot of the same shapes, but the throne is too wide and the back and bottom are too high to be a conversion. I think this is a straight-up scratchbuild.

The feet, groin and TL lascannons are unmistakably from a Dreadnought kit, but I don't know where that plasma cannon is from - the only walker kit that comes with one is the Venerable dread, and the heat grille is on the wrong side compared to it. The techmarine's right hand is likely one of the stock foregrip arms that come in tactical squad boxes, with the hand rotated 180' and the thumb remodelled. Most of his other armour is probbably scratch-built with GS, as it's from neither the Techmarine/MotF finecast packs nor the Rhino sprue.

It's difficult to tell anything else, as some parts are obscured or turned at a shallow angle. If we had a few more pictures of the model, we might be able to tell more.

Other than lacking servo arms and a conversion beamer... that is a pretty nice kitbash.

There could be servo arms/conversion beamer folded up behind the main body where we can't see. The exhausts are from the old metal Ven Dread. Could the Plasma cannon be from the Sammael model? The "cockpit" and marine look completely scratch built though.

Not gonna even hazard a guess at the shoulder pads or leg guards.

Shoul;der pads I'll say are from the Khorne Blood Slaughterer kit from forge world, the shape seems very familiar to me

The plasma cannon looks like a contemptor PC arm with a devastator PC front.

The rarefied atmosphere

I believe it's from the storm raven. I wish the techmarine had some techmariney bits.

The USS Orinoco was a Federation Danube-class runabout that was in service with Starfleet in the late 24th century, attached to Deep Space 9. It was outfitted with a sensor pod.

I think his walking death machine trumps a few Doc Ock arms, so...
