Hi guys and girls, nice and simple one for you.

Would anybody be able to recommend a relatively simple, dark camouflage scheme?

I intend to put this on Guardsmen, Chimeras and Vendettas. I want it to be dark for ease of painting (darker colours are more forgiving with mistakes) and to make my vendettas more intimidating.

Any ideas?

Whats your current color scheme or terrain/base as that would be a start to figuring out what colors to add

for example greys for urban

greens for forest/jungle. and so on

I have my guys in dark purple and dark brown with the tanks in the new dark purple, they might also get some dark grey / dark blue panels. Guns on everything are either the dark purple (hand-held weapons) or dark bronze.

Dark greens and browns work well evry time. But may I suggest that one light colour will realy lift an camo pattern Maybe a grey or sand colour.

All my Guard and Tau vehicles use a black base colour for camouflage with a green/brown pattern on my Guard and a grey/white pattern on my Tau. Pics in my gallery.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!
