Does this include all models/rules or is there a list somewhere?

All but the super-heavies, as long as you've got the appropriate entries.

Have been for a long time. Just takes time for players to get the chips off their shoulders.

Note how you can't force your opponent to play something they don't want. So better leave off a certain drop pod and stop at 2-3 flyers.

Anything with the "40k approved" stamp on its entry in an IA book is deisgned and approved for normal 40k.

Of course, your opponent can Veto you using it in a game. Just like they can veto you playing GKs or Necrons or something.

We even allow one Lord of War choice per list (but it wipes out as many heavy slots as shields+structure points).
