5man sm squad campes comms relay until reserves have arrived.
Veterans fly in Vendetta, so to many special weapons are a waste, ccs deepstrikes and nuke armor. They often only have time to kill 1 tank, which means 4 meltaguns are to many, 2 are often not enough, so 3 are just right, I think

Vulkan and Libby drops togehter in the same pod, split tacticals in combat squad, where all the melta in one, and all the regulars join the hqs. For the well known can-opener combo, of popping it open with melta, and flaming the contents.(Hence the combi-flamer on the Librarian)
And then hightail it outta' there with GOI, if they survive that long.

Why a 5 man tac squad instead of scouts? Well, they live longer in cc and in the open, and can gtg for the same coversave as scouts. And scouts can't shoot straight for gak anyways..

I have considered bringing back my Vindicators from retirement, but don't think they fit in this list that well, because they need more armor support.

I know this is not an optimal list for Vulkan, but I need the twin-link rule. I can't seem to roll a hit without him.

I like it.

It seems like a decent shooty list. I'm worried that you're missing a good assault unit though, I would lose the 5-man tact squad and the attack bikes for a 6-man TH/SS assault termie squad for an extra threat.

Out of curiosity, can you describe the Vulture? What's its role?

The vulture is a bs3 12/12/10 flyer with vector dancer, and I use it for anti-infantry (but can be used against flyers or armor in a pinch)

The Punisher cannons are heavy 20, str 5 ap- 24" range.

In 5th I often brought TH/SS termies, but unless they have a transport, they are to easy to outmanouvre and/or slow down with path blocking, and getting the charge with them(ie setting the terms) is difficult..

I play BTs and I've been doing well with all foot soldiers, but your local players might have more maneuvrable armies.

TL Heavy 20??? Wow, nice.
