Hey everyone,
Long time lurker first time poster. Just another servant of the Emperor living in the Midwest. I got started playing WFB back in about 1997/1998 when I was a young lad. At the time I played High Elves. I played for about a year and lost interest as there was nowhere really to play and the guys I did find to play with were much older. Fast forward to 2011 when I started reading the 40k novels. These books got me thinking about how it would be fun to get back into wargaming, as I had been looking for something new to help occupy my free time. I decided on Vanilla Marines and by March of 2012 I had an army together and began playing. In August of 2012 I decided to make the switch to Blood Angels as I feel they suit my play style better and I decided on a 2nd founding chapter, the Flesh Tearers. I'm looking forward to actually participating in some discussions and not just reading them. Thanks for reading and take care!
