I finally finished a couple models to be used for pain tokens, and I'm very pleased with the initial results. The resin bases had to be deep enough to drill so that the trophy pikes could easily be removed but fit snugly when placed in the base. All six trophy pikes are removable, allowing for 1-3 pain tokens to be represented for the Dark Eldar unit in question. The pikes come from the Dark Eldar vehicles, as do most of the heads, with a few added from my bits collection to allow for variety both in enemy races represented and color palette.

That's a good idea, but my problem is I always forget to roll for the damned things before the game starts, not necessarily what the result actually was.

Then this helps even more so. As your looking at your units and you see the bare token holder it can act as a reminder to roll your drugs (god that sounds bad).
