Firstly I'm going to say; You seem to be trying to get a high end product without paying the high end price tag. Which isn't really going to happen unless you find a mega bargain on ebay or something like that.
The reason people say to get a cheap one to begin with is that your inexperience will most likely result in broken airbrush whilst you learn just how delicate it is and how to handle it properly.
The compressor you linked to looks good, I have a similar one, only with dual pistons,and a black metal case, which came from everything airbrush for about a hundred pounds.
I really like that store, you said it is too expensive, but they actually do stock all the spare parts for all the airbrushes they sell. Most useful
Personally I really like Harder and Steenbeck airbrushes over the other brands, because of the nozzle assembly being blissfully easy. But they all have their perks and its much down to preference.
