Hi everyone, I've lurked for a little while now and figure might as well join so here I am!

I am new to wargaming in general and got interested when Warhammer 40k Space Marine came out. I started buying up miniatures and currently have four small 40k armies started and a start for two fantasy armies. I enjoy painting and focus on that so I haven't even played a full game yet. Anyway looking forward to using the forums!

Thanks! Hey Eldarain, I have orks, csm, sm, and dark angels, I have guys from aobr and DV plus things I've added. For fantasy I have dwarves and vampires, plus a few random things I've come across.

Are you painting all the marines as Dark Angels? Or is there an alternate scheme for them? If you've got pictures you could start a thread in the painting and modeling sub-forum, I'd definitely like to see your work.

For my SM I have mostly Ultramarines, I know their is alot of bleh towards them but the Space Marine game was my first warhammer experience so I like them alot. I also have painted some to look like sonic the hedgehog for my son, and have a few single figures from random chapters. I have been in the habit of buying individual models from ebay from different armies to paint, so I still havent had the chance to finish any one army, but at least that way I keep busy!

I would love to post pictures of my stuff but the only thing I can take pictures with right now is an Ipad, well that and Im not the best painter! I do not have any light source for painting besides the regular lamps in the house, and I only use two brushes for everything but Im learning!
