Do impetuous minis provide an impetuous order in addition to a regular order for your pool?
I just got my 2nd ed rule book and am breezing through it. I'm under the impression that they don't but I don't think its really stated under the impetuous rule at least as far as I can see so far o.O Only that to stop impetuous movement etc requires a regular order to cancel it out.

Yes, an impetous mini produces two orders, the ordinary one and an impetous one.
The impetous one can only be used on the impetous mini himself, and has to be used before using the ordinary orders. You can't stop the impetous miniature from using the impetous order except by spending another order on him. The impetous order is always a move + some other short skill (there's a table for it).

Yeah I saw the table I just couldn't find the clarification that models with impetuous produced two orders.
Thats kind of interesting though with the exception of the pups its a good few more orders to play with then I thought I had.

Yes with a few impetuous models you can get quite a nice little pile of orders, although those soon disappear when you start having to use them when you want to stop your guys running directly into an HMG which is laying down suppressing fire exactly where your guy is going to move

Its worth noting that you can also use Impetuous orders in a coordinated order as well!
Helps when you're forced to move all your monks or bikes straight across a firing lane!

You can also avoid any route that would take you through Suppression Fire, into range of uncamouflaged deployable weapons or would require a roll (Climb/Jump/Swim).

Truly. Impetuous can be a pain, but it doesn't mean the unit is a total idiot or a cruise missile.
