Subject: How would this guard list work in 6th Edition?

With 10 points to spare. In 5th I could rely on this to kill tanks, and kill MEQ. Would it hold up in 6th, or should i tweak it?

...You should go back and read the vehicle damage tables in the 6e rules again. Particularly the part about three glancing hits wrecking a Chimera. You cannot rely on transports in 6th the same way you could in 5th; better to get some longer-ranged infantry instead.
Also plasma cannon sponsons now have a chance to overheat and glance the Executioner, so consider dropping those.

Executioner Plasma Sponsons are not paid for in your tally. They Executioner base cost is 190 and 40pts for the sponsons.
My issue with this list is that Necron force could gauss down your chimeras and Executioners while staying out of melta range. I'd vary your units a bit. Drop a couple melta vets and grab some infantry or vendettas.

It will work probably about as well as it did in 5th. The vehicles will go down a bit faster, but they'll get more shooting in to compensate.
I do agree that the lack of long-range anti-tank is a bit sketchy, though. Perhaps you could drop a vet squad to get the points to give a lascannon to everyone who can take one.
Also not the biggest fan of executioners, especially in the uber-expensive mode you have them. As mentioned, when you correct for their cost, they're going to be very, very expensive. I'd rather run demolishers or something (would work well with the short range of all your melta spam), and take some plasma mechvets if what you really want is plasma.

It'll work wonders. Tanks die more reliably in 6th, and you have to worry about glances. Still, you have so much armor you don't have to worry so much.
Flyers will give you trouble. Blasts can't affect them, which means you're realistically relying on your multi-lasers to do the job. Expect a flyer to have AV12, which means you need 6s to hit and 6s just to glance. Even with that many multi-lasers, those odds don't look good.
I'd say try it. Chimera spam is better than common wisdom seems to think, and Executioners are great at everything except flyers and AV14 (and you have plenty of meltas for the latter).
