Submerged my rhino for several hours in Purple Power (it was just primed).

Nothing has come off. What do I do now?

I find that not much removes primer too well

I have soaked models in undiluted LA totally awesome for 6-7 days that where primed with army painter primers. It stained them but otherwise the primer came off.

dunno what kind of primer you had used

EDIT: looks like your in NY, im not sure you have "Dollar Tree" in that area so im not sure this would be of help.

If you used a GW primer (which I think is acrylic) or other water based spray, purple power will take it right off. If you used other spray primers that don't say "water based" or "Acrylic" then it may be on there to stay.

I'm not sure, but I think AP is an acrylic primer as well.

I'd give Totally Awesome (at "Dollar tree") a shot. I find it strips things as well as simple green, but I haven't had a chance to try it on stubborn primer yet.

Pine sol is another option, but don't let it soak for long or it will begin to soften the plastic. It is reported to be a bit more effective in some uses than the butoxyethanol based cleaners such as simple green, purple power, Super clean, etc.

Both TA and PS are cheap, so it's worth a shot.

Have a look at this stuff. I've tried it and found that it has taken almost all the primer off, except in the nooks and crannies.
