So I was planning on scratch building an Aegis defense line. Could someone who has the actual kit be helpful enough to provide these measurements(preferably in mm):
Tip to tip on both small and large
angle of ends
Lenght of ends
Thickness or recommendation

Thanks in advance.

and 40k was like McDonalds - you could get it anywhere - it wouldn't necessarily satisfy, but it was probably better than nothing.

Small are 50mm wide, the large are two small ones connected by a 30mm piece between them. Low points are 22mm, tall points 40mm. Heightwise angles are roughly 45 degrees, depth angles are about 60. There's 15mm worth of hiding space behind the portruding pieces. The slots start 28mm off the ground and are about 3mm tall. The central part including the two vertical bulkheads is 30mm wide.

Thickness, I would suggest 2 or 3mm, depending on what materials you have at hand. GW's is about 2mm thick with frame detailing bringing it up to 6mm in places.

I found this aegis line template for paperhammer. Maybe it can help you. I don't know if those measurements on the template are exact but it should give you a nice basic shape.
